Dear New Patients
- You will receive a courtesy call reminding you of your upcoming appointment. It will include the name of the Doctor and the location of your visit.
- Patients are required to present their OHIP/PQ card at every visit.
- Patients are to provide a list of their current medications and any allergies.
- Please bring your current eyeglasses with you to each appointment, provided you have some.
- We suggest not wearing your contact lenses.
- Your eyes will be dilated at most appointments causing blurry vision for 3-4 hours and light sensitivity.
- If English is not your first language, we ask that you bring a translator with you.
- Please plan on being at your appointment for up to 2 hours.
